Are we sold out of an item or size you are interested in? Contact us to see if we will be getting more in stock!

 

RETURNS:

We want to make sure you have the best experience possible. If something isn't right with your order, please contact us at shopthepinkduck@gmail.com and we'll do our best to fix it for you.

Items are eligible for return if:

      ✅   All items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags still attached.

      ✅   Items are received by The Pink Duck no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt.

      ❌   PRE-ORDER items are FINAL SALE.

      ❌   Personalized items are FINAL SALE.

      ❌   Items you purchase on sale are FINAL SALE.

Credit will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY. If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it, as it will be rejected. You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend you send your items back using a tracking number—we are not responsible for items that are lost while in transit. *Items purchased with a promo code are eligible for return.

📦 Enclose a copy of your original receipt, highlight or circle which item(s) you are returning, include the “Return Policy and Form”, and ship or drop off your return to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved, it will be processed and a store credit coupon with the amount of your return will be emailed to you. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue.

 

EXCHANGES:

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at shopthepinkduck@gmail.com. We must receive your exchange no later than 14 days from the original purchase date on your receipt. After inspection and approval, you will be issued a store credit coupon to purchase the new item. Store credit expires one year from the date of issue.

MONOGRAM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS:

We have partnered with Southern Hollywood to provide custom personalizationCheck back soon to see how you can personalize your favorite Pink Duck products!

 

PRE-ORDER ITEMS:

All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged item(s), it MUST be reported the same day you receive the item. NO EXCEPTIONS! Please check your items when opening your package. If you receive a damaged item, please email the picture to shopthepinkduck@gmail.com and we will contact you within 24-48 business hours. A picture of the damaged item is REQUIRED for a full refund or exchange. 

*Please note: some fabrics and colors may vary due to lighting; this is not considered a damaged item.

  

LATE OR MISSING STORE CREDIT:

If you haven’t received your store credit coupon, first check your spam or junk folders in your email. If you still do not find your store credit coupon, please contact us at shopthepinkduck@gmail.com.
